During the both warranty and post-warranty period, the customers benefit of the tehnical assistance service. This service is free of charge for the customers whose engines are covered by warranty.

The technical assistance service is available 24h / 24, 7 days / 7, 365 days a year, provides national coverage through several intervention teams formed by well trained tehnicians using the latest electronic service tools and diagnosis technologies.

Our services include, but are not limited to, maintenance operations and overhaul repairs in our Service Centers and in the field through the intervention teams properly equipped service vans.

These are provided through the national network and professional service centers, equipped according the European standards, for any type, model, brand of diesel engine. The equipment we have is modern and allows us to diagnose and repair any diesel engine.

Since 2010 we have become the Perkins National Training Centre for diesel engines, so the technical knowledge of our staff is constantly improved through regular courses. Our professional team is always prepared to offer high quality services in warranty and post-warranty period.
